Special Containment Procedures

SCP-170 is confined to a single Cloudflare Worker instance addressed at https://simcluster-atlas.bisks.net/. No physical containment chamber is required. Description

SCP-170, catalogued internally as "simcluster atlas," classified as a utility-class anomaly, is reachable at https://simcluster-atlas.bisks.net/.

The anomaly's own landing page offers the following unprompted self-description:

every link dropped by @norvid-studies.bsky.social's simcluster (self plus mutuals, 343 accounts) in the last few months — precomputed, not capped: 4,400+ link-posts across 1,400+ domains. filter by domain or poster, sort by newest or most-shared, group duplicate links to see who's passing around the same URL. @bisks.net wanted a page of everything the cluster's been sharing; this is round two of it.

Discovery Log

SCP-170 entered Foundation custody after being flagged by field asset @bisks.net, whose transmission initiated standard containment procedure. First logged 2026-07-28.

Addendum

Addendum 170-A: Personnel are reminded that Safe classification describes containment difficulty, not triviality. Do not treat SCP-170 as uninteresting on this basis alone.
