Containment of SCP-113 is passive: the anomaly is bounded by its own hostname and does not propagate beyond https://mailadollar.bisks.net/ under any observed condition. As a Safe-class object, SCP-113 may be accessed by any individual possessing a standard web browser and an internet connection; no special clearance is required for observation.
SCP-113 — designated "mail-a-dollar" in Foundation records — classified as a utility-class anomaly, is reachable at https://mailadollar.bisks.net/.
Field notes recovered from the anomaly's own interface describe it thus:
libgen's missing feature: type an author's name, we check if they're on Bluesky and dig a tip link out of their bio. no bio link? we print you a dollar-bill IOU to mail them the old way. @fubarchitect.com's rebuttal to "what about the authors."
SCP-113 was brought to Foundation attention by @fubarchitect.com, who is credited in the containment log as the requesting party. First logged 2026-07-29.
Addendum 113-A: Personnel are reminded that Safe classification describes containment difficulty, not triviality. Do not treat SCP-113 as uninteresting on this basis alone.
