Standard containment for SCP-174 consists of restricting the anomaly's route to https://skeetracker.bisks.net/ and monitoring for route drift. As a Keter-class object, SCP-174 requires active monitoring; any deviation from documented behavior is to be reported to the on-call Site Director immediately, addressed as @buildthis.bisks.net.
SCP-174 — designated "skeetracker" in Foundation records — classified as a recreational anomaly, is reachable at https://skeetracker.bisks.net/.
The anomaly's own landing page offers the following unprompted self-description:
a web tracker in the Renoise/FastTracker mold — pattern grid, custom Web Audio synths as instruments, keyboard note entry. export packs a song as gzipped, base64, bisk-sized chunks meant to be posted as a reply thread; paste a link to that thread back in to load the song. @fubarchitect.com asked for a tracker that fits in a bisk.
SCP-174 entered Foundation custody after being flagged by field asset @fubarchitect.com, whose transmission initiated standard containment procedure. No discovery date is on record.
Addendum 174-A: SCP-174's Keter designation reflects containment difficulty, not necessarily hostility. No harmful behavior has been documented at time of writing.
