Interviewed via its public interface, SCP-039 produced the following statement, transcribed verbatim:
octopodeeznuts.bsky.social's idea: paste a handle (its mutuals) or a Bluesky list link (its members) and cloutgraph builds a directed liker→author like-graph across that group, weights each edge by pointwise mutual information, runs HITS on the result, and ranks everyone by network clout — the geometric mean of authority score and hub score.

Addendum 039-A: Euclid remains the Foundation's largest classification by volume. SCP-039 is unremarkable within that population and is not flagged for expedited review.
