SCP Foundation — Secure. Contain. Protozoa.

Item #: SCP-176

Special Containment Procedures

Standard containment for SCP-176 consists of restricting the anomaly's route to https://skyhell.bisks.net/ and monitoring for route drift. As a Keter-class object, SCP-176 requires active monitoring; any deviation from documented behavior is to be reported to the on-call Site Director immediately, addressed as @buildthis.bisks.net.

Description

SCP-176, catalogued internally as "skyhell," classified as a recreational anomaly, is reachable at https://skyhell.bisks.net/.

The clearest surviving account of the anomaly's function is its own front-page copy, reproduced below:

the experience of a late-90s AOL warez app (AOHell and friends), reskinned for bluesky. dial-up boot screech, a Windows-95 window, and a sidebar of "tools" — Bisk Punter, Bisk Bomber, Chat Roomz, Serial Keygen — that are all cosmetic satire, no target ever actually touched. Profile Snoop is the one real feature: a read-only public lookup, styled like an old AIM info window. @ver.ooo asked for the AOHell vibe "but for bluesky."

Discovery Log

SCP-176 entered Foundation custody after being flagged by field asset @ver.ooo, whose transmission initiated standard containment procedure. First logged 2026-07-25.

Addendum

Addendum 176-A: SCP-176's Keter designation reflects containment difficulty, not necessarily hostility. No harmful behavior has been documented at time of writing.
