Description

SCP-164, referred to by Foundation staff by its working name "seismograph," classified as a recreational anomaly, is reachable at https://seismograph.bisks.net/.

Interviewed via its public interface, SCP-164 produced the following statement, transcribed verbatim:

a seismograph that twitches with the people you follow who don't follow back. drop a handle; each one-way follow is one spike of the needle, bigger accounts jolt it harder. it measures the quiet.
