SCP Foundation — Secure. Contain. Protozoa.

Item #: SCP-119

Special Containment Procedures

Standard containment for SCP-119 consists of restricting the anomaly's route to https://metamoots.bisks.net/ and monitoring for route drift. As a Safe-class object, SCP-119 may be accessed by any individual possessing a standard web browser and an internet connection; no special clearance is required for observation.

Description

SCP-119, catalogued internally as "metamoots," classified as a utility-class anomaly, is reachable at https://metamoots.bisks.net/.

Field notes recovered from the anomaly's own interface describe it thus:

you don't follow them, they don't follow you, but you both interact all the time. paste a handle and metamoots reads its follow graph to know who to skip, then crawls likes, reposts, replies, and quotes in both directions and ranks everyone outside the follow graph by how much engagement actually runs both ways. @shimmermathlabs.com wanted a tool for finding meta-mutuals.

Discovery Log

Foundation awareness of SCP-119 began with a tagged mention from the individual on record as @shimmermathlabs.com. First logged 2026-07-29.

Addendum

Addendum 119-A: Personnel are reminded that Safe classification describes containment difficulty, not triviality. Do not treat SCP-119 as uninteresting on this basis alone.
