SCP-109 is contained at all times within the bisks.net subdomain lattice, reachable exclusively through the fixed address https://logjam.bisks.net/. Description

SCP-109, catalogued internally as "logjam," classified as a recreational anomaly, is reachable at https://logjam.bisks.net/.

The clearest surviving account of the anomaly's function is its own front-page copy, reproduced below:

the atproto firehose restaged as a freight yard. every commit is a shipment filed into a lane by its collection — post, like, repost, follow, block — rolling live from a DEPOT (the account's own PDS) to a HUB (the relay), with a running manifest ticker and throughput stats. deletes come back through the other way as recalls. @tynanpurdy.com's thread aside was "atproto for transportation logistics" — this is the protocol's own commit traffic playing freight, not real-world trucks.

Discovery Log

SCP-109 was brought to Foundation attention by @tynanpurdy.com, who is credited in the containment log as the requesting party. First logged 2026-07-27.

Addendum

Addendum 109-A: Personnel are reminded that Safe classification describes containment difficulty, not triviality. Do not treat SCP-109 as uninteresting on this basis alone.
