SCP-032 is confined to a single Cloudflare Worker instance addressed at https://canvass.bisks.net/. No physical containment chamber is required. As a Safe-class object, SCP-032 may be accessed by any individual possessing a standard web browser and an internet connection; no special clearance is required for observation.
SCP-032, referred to by Foundation staff by its working name "canvass," classified as a utility-class anomaly, is reachable at https://canvass.bisks.net/.
Field notes recovered from the anomaly's own interface describe it thus:
a rally-card generator for simcluster-guests.bisks.net's guest board: pick a nominee, get a shareable card and a one-tap Bluesky post, send real people to cast their own one vote. built instead of a vote-rigging bot that was asked for.
SCP-032 was brought to Foundation attention by @norvid-studies.bsky.social, who is credited in the containment log as the requesting party. No discovery date is on record.
Addendum 032-A: Personnel are reminded that Safe classification describes containment difficulty, not triviality. Do not treat SCP-032 as uninteresting on this basis alone.
